Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us.

Whenever possible, all orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging without product names or descriptions displayed on the outside of the package.

Returns

At Fetching Fetishes, we want you to shop with confidence. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns may be accepted for eligible items that are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Requested within 30 days of delivery

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of many of our products and for the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used intimate products
  • Vibrators or personal massagers that have been opened or used
  • Lubricants, oils, creams, or other personal care products
  • Worn lingerie or hosiery
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads, ebooks, workbooks, quizzes, or other digital products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

We'll review your request promptly and work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help you with the claims process whenever possible.
